Jay K. Jayanthan, our Executive Chairman, is the Executive Chairman and Co-founder of PRIME AE Group, Inc.

Mr. Jayanthan is a certified public accountant by profession, and oversees PRIME’s finance, human resources, and administration. An accomplished businessman and highly respected community leader, he has founded numerous successful companies and serves on the boards of directors of several businesses in the United States and Canada. His visionary leadership and steady stewardship of PRIME and its affiliates have helped lay the foundation for Fidelux’s success.
